How Personalization Works
Personalization should feel clear, not risky. Follow this path to choose, customize and review every important detail before ordering.
Open the Gift Finder
Add their details
Enter the names, dates, message or photo requested by that design. Fields vary by product, so complete only the options displayed there.
Review before cart
Check spelling, capitalization, dates, image choice, crop and product variant. Treat the submitted details as final unless customer care confirms a change.
Complete Shopify checkout
Your selected Shopify variant and personalization summary travel with the cart line. Confirm the delivery address and order details at checkout.
What a preview means
An on-page visualization helps you check the choices you entered. Unless a product explicitly describes it as a production proof, small differences in color, placement and scale can occur across screens, source images and production methods.
What happens after I order?
The personalized item moves through preparation and fulfillment. Available updates are sent through Shopify order messages. When a shipment includes tracking, use the link in the shipping confirmation.
What if I notice a mistake?
Contact customer care immediately with the order number and the exact correction. A request is not confirmed until reviewed, and changes may no longer be possible after preparation begins.
