Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of custogifts.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from CustoGifts ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or content that violates these Terms — and if payment was taken we will refund it in full.
2. Personalized products
Our products are made to order from the names, dates, messages, photos, and options you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details: products are produced exactly as submitted. Corrections are only possible within 2 hours of purchase, as described in our Cancellation & Modification page. Because personalized items cannot be restocked or resold, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; see our Refund Policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and reproduce that content solely to produce, fulfill, and support your order. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful. We may decline to produce content that is infringing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and product templates, is owned by or licensed to CustoGifts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as needed to browse and order.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or any mandatory rights you have under consumer protection law in your place of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
